1. Introduction to Chain Guid The chain guide is a static pressure guide, used to support and guide the chain, reduce chain friction, reduce noise, and enhance the service life of the chain
2. The material of the chain guide The traditional chain guide is made of steel. The main disadvantage is that the chain link plates and rollers on the sprocket cause severe wear. In order to reduce friction, continuous lubrication is required. Now it is mainly processed from engineering plastics such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polymer nylon. It has the advantages of self-lubrication, wear resistance, low noise, and corrosion resistance.
UHMWPE guide rails has all the advantages of UHMWPE, and its good condition made UHMWPE track in conveyor track, protective curve track, ect. And we have developed many types UHMWPE track , all available in several grades of UHMW plastic. UHMW chain guides extend chain life, reduce noise and friction. A. T/T and L/C is acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 50% deposit, 50% balance against B/L copy. Or 100% irrevocable LC at sight.

A. You can provide us with your drawings with specifications, we will produce as per your drawing. Or we can design as your requirements if you do not have a clear plan.
Q3. What is your Packing/Package ?
A. Standard export packing or Customized packing as your request.
